5×5 Front Squats @155 (~75%)5×5 Press @95 (~65%) (should have made these heavier)
(immediately follow F Sqts w/ presses.)3min rests
Then:2×10 F Sqt @95 (~45%)2×10 Press @65 (~45%)
Then chocolate milk, bacon, and a nap…….
