    Thanks Pablo and Molly for letting me run a little long…

    Voume oriented strength work:

    5×5 Front Squats @155 (~75%)
    5×5 Press @95 (~65%) (should have made these heavier)

    (immediately follow F Sqts w/ presses.)
    3min rests

    Then:
    2×10 F Sqt @95 (~45%)
    2×10 Press @65 (~45%)

    Then chocolate milk, bacon, and a nap…….
