    If you'd rather just practice TGUs, then go ahead. It's a great warm up for muscle ups…

    The muscle ups can be scaled in a number of ways…

    20, 15, or 10x MU for time
    30x Ring rows to dip
    30x Ring rows to jumping dips
    90x pullups and 60x dips (3x pullups+2x dips x 30)

    etc…

    Dang Brutal! I'll be muscling up hills for a white mountain run today. Hill run day! Letmeknow anyone wants to join! Brain Cancer route most likely…only bout an hour but don't worry it hurts!
