Dynamic pulling exercises

Choose a repetition scheme depending on how you are feeling.  The 3’s  and 2’s scheme will end up giving you 17 “heavy” reps, while the 5’s and 3’s will give you 27.  Potentially, the larger number of reps will be more difficult to recover from!?  Unless of course you are working on perfecting technique or trying to build speed on the barbell with a lighter weight, but higher reps.  In the end, we need to do what is feeling right on the particular day at the particular time…  Enjoy!

    Nice! Classic Oly work=doubles/triples at >80%. Nice job in there today! I saw many people recognizing their "faults" in technique and really putting forth a conscious effort to fix problems instead of chasing higher weight! Made me all teary-eyed…
