Games Open WOD
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

As an alternative, if you’re not interested in trying the Open WOD, you may stick to our regular programming which is:
Back squat 5-5-5-5-5
Bench 5-5-5-5-5
Go straight from back squat to bench press for all 5 sets. 

Also, don’t forget this Saturday the 25th join Sage to Summit and Bishop Union High School for the 5K/10K Fundraiser for the BUHS Cross-Country Team. 
Race Starts at 9am. Registration at 8am. $10 entrance fee covered by CrossFit Bishop for members. 

The race is sponsored by The North Face. The North Face will be there with shoe demos and goodies for races. Goodies are first come, first serve!

    Please come out for the run, everyone!!!! It will be the WOD for that day. There is coffee and bagels and all sorts of fun stuff!!! It's at Millpond…. so after running your ass off, the kids can play in the park after.

    GOOD LUCK TO IAN AND VIC THIS WEEKEND!!!! Level 1 certification in Reno!!! Have fun! If you're lucky you'll get NADIA as your instructor…

    Absolutely amazing to watch the seven minutes of burpees be conquered by our devoted, insane, strong, sweat pouring athletes! Talk about dedication! No matter how bad every part of their muscles were burning and screaming to stop, each one of them kept going and going till the very end. It truly was inspiring and I am so proud of each one of you…….
    Oh! And way to not let pukie take over! Each one of you had the beyond pukie look at the finish! But you overpowered it! Nice work my friends…
