De-loading week continues…

For the next several days we will offer you the opportunity to work at low intensity to give the body a bit of a break from all the hard work you do here and outside the gym.  For today we’ll work on the snatch and clean and jerk, but not load the bar with anymore than 75-95 pounds.  I realize that those poundages may be heavy for some of us, so remember that it is all relative.  Keep it light, rest lots, and get plenty of stretching in during your hour or so with us.
