“Easy Cindy” 
For 20 minutes work rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Pull-ups are strict chin-ups push-ups are hand release, and squats are done slowly enough to allow a significant rest between rounds.  Do not overdo this!  When you find yourself getting fatigued, slow down and rest until you feel ready to make it look easy…
