Five Rounds
10 Bodyweight back squats (scale to a lesser percentage if necessary)
10 Burpees (strict push-up with hand release)
Rest one minute 

This should be absolutely brutal and I commend anyone who can get through it as it’s written!!!  Scale as needed!!!  This is a LOT of back squatting, so if your form starts to detoriorate, cut the reps and cut the weight…  As always, listen to your coach and be conservative if you’re not sure!!!
