Class Schedule Change!!!

Gym is closed for New Year’s Day!

For 2013 we’re going to consolidate our schedule a bit since some of the pm classes have been on the quiet side lately.  As always, let us know if you are having difficulty making a class and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.  Here’s how it’s going to look starting this week:

Sunday stays the same with the 9:30 am class

Monday stays exactly the same

Tuesdays 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes will be consolidated into one 5:00 pm class.

Wednesday stays exactly the same

Thursday stays the same except the morning open gym goes away and the 4:30 and 5:30 classes combine to one 5:00 pm class.

Friday stays the same except the 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes combine to one 5:00 pm class.

Saturday we will offer the 8:00 am class only.

All of this information will be reflected on our schedule and rates page on the Google Calendar.  Check it out and let us know what you think.  This starts this week!!!

    Ugh, the 5:00pm change is a bit of a drag for those of us that work 8-5; I foresee many burpee penalties and speeding tickets in my future!! I think we should eliminate the 4:30/5:30 AM classes and force the head lamp early birds to stay up late (like 7:00pm, way past their bed times) and work out in the evenings with us night owls!!!!

    Of course Monday and Wednesday everything remains as it was, so you can avoid the speeding tickets and burpees two days a week at least…

    Will be late for the 5:00 pm classes………but then again, I am still on the "special" list…..(working in the corner by myself)

    Hopefully the 5:30 classes can be added back soon!
