    Way to go DAD!!!! It was Awesome crushing Christine today with the crew!!! and heavy Deadlift, along with some lil Outlaw Way Snatches and Clean and Jerks….So looking forward to this new great year and getting some goals accomplished!!! love seeing the progression by the CFB peeps!!!!

    After a bunch of weeks of 3×5 strength training, I was psyched to PR in CrossFit Total, with PRs in squat, press, and deadlift…training is fun!
