    Katie, you are absolutely right. So good to hear your thought process. I find that we/I have ideas of excellence for myself/ourselves that we believe it to be our personal excellence and then when ""that thing" is reached…. the satisfaction may not be there….. are we striving for personal excellence based on what we believe others want us to achieve, or what we think personal excellence for ourself is. So difficult to actually follow your heart and truly find what your personal excellence is. Still trying….and constantly changing 🙂
