Handstands Ain’t Eazy…  But they sure are fun!!!

Shout out to Kendra Stone for kicking up to handstand in a baseball field and accidentally holding still for 5-10 seconds!!!  Woo Hoo!!!

Anyone else feeling like they are making some good progress???

5 Push press, (no racks please)
7 Box jumps
Row 200 meters hard
3 Rounds
Rest to complete recovery between each round.  
Coaches, please warm up your crew well enough that the first round can be an all out effort.
