Partner A Run 200m while Partner B Dumbell Lunges (Switch)
Partner A Run 200m while Partner B Wallball sit ups (Switch)
Partner A Run 200m while Partner B Pull Ups or Ring Rows (Switch)
Partner A Run 200m while Partner B DoubleUnders (Switch)
Partner A Run 200m while Partner B Burpees Jump over MedBall(Switch)
Repeat if more time remains

Keep track of number of reps per team
