If you did Tuesday’s workout and the 5K on Wednesday, keep the weight moderate to facilitate some recovery for your legs.  If you did not, this should be a heavy set of five.


10 Cleans or 15 heavy swings 
50 Double unders
As many rounds as possible in seven minutes. 
Choose swings if cleans are a technical challenge under cardiovascular stress.  This should be a metabolic ass kicker!
