Ok so who else is a little beat up from yesterday? Coaches spend a little bit of time stretching out those tight leg muscles. I will be setting up a little obstacle course for the morning classes, so feel free to use it and have everybody embrace their inner child. 

3-4 rounds for time

400 m run

30 hollow rocks

20 weighted V-ups (light weight alternate between you feet and hands)

10 med ball GHD sit ups (heavier weight)
