General warm up with hip/hamstring and shoulder mobility, along with some wrist prep.
Then,
3 Rounds with 10-20 seconds of rest between movements.
10 reps each leg kick to handstand against wall. –  Instructional Video.  
10 reps plus 10 second hold on the last rep Jefferson curl


2 Rounds 
50-60 seconds Chest to wall handstand hold – 


Rest for 3 Minutes

2 Rounds
3-4 10 second holds on each leg of Single leg handstand balance  – Instructional Video 

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Push ups
15 Kettlebell swings
20 Sit-ups
