Establish a 3rm Turkish get-up

Then,

Three rounds of:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swings
20 Wall balls
10 Pull-ups
Please feel free to take this one at a cruiser pace.  As you will notice, I am intentionally scaling back on the cardio intensity this week.  Give a good hard effort on the run, but don’t rush through the wall balls and pull ups.  Take your time getting back out of the door, but then give another good effort on the run.  Catch my drift?  You diggin’ my ditch?  Pickin’ up what I’m puttin’ down?
