Push ups 6-6-6
Complete all the presses, then all the push-ups.  You should work up to the heaviest set of 3 possible for one set, then make the push ups as strict and as hard as possible.  Rest for about 90 seconds between efforts.


Work some handstand holds.  Go for this tick tock dril if your handstands are relatively solid these days.  If not, stick to some wall handstand variations or simply practicing with your feet up on a box.


Three rounds of:
15 Thrusters
, choose a weight that allows unbroken sets
15 Burpees, strict push-ups, or no push-up burpee, or Jami’s patented Herpee!
