Take 15 minutes to work up to a moderately heavy clean and jerk for a set of 2. 

Then,

30 seconds double unders/30 seconds rest

30 seconds rowing/30 seconds rest

30 seconds kettlebell swings/30 seconds rest 
No rest between sets
