On a continuously running clock, complete:

0-5 minutes EMOM:
25 Unbroken Double Unders or 40 seconds of singles

5-10 minutes
Row (for max calories)

10-15 minutes EMOM:
6-8 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

15-20 minutes EMOM:
10 Push Ups

20-25 minutes:
Row (for max Calories)

25-30 minute EMOM:
25 Unbroken Double Unders or 40 seconds of singles.

By out 800 Meter Run.
