Fill out the form below, so we know who you are and when you'll be in town! Tell us what you are interested in, CrossFit or one of our other classes.

Step 2

Check out our Programs and Schedule page to find a class & time that works for you! CrossFit trained folks you are welcome to any of the classes we offer on the schedule. Non CrossFit trained athletes are welcome to any of our speciality classes that say "open to the public". You will find this information under the class descriptions.

Step 3

Show up! Please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in, meet your coach and sign a waiver. See you soon!
