All we can do is enjoy the process, work in the present for what we intend for the future, and make the most of whatever comes.

WHAT TYPE OF CHANGE?

Programming: Misfit is upon us. 

Because it takes a huge amount of time and energy to put together a well rounded program for a group that most enjoy, we’ve made the decision to outsource our programming to a trusted expert and utilize Misfit to do so. 

WHY?

  • It’s is for all athletes meaning coaches can and will scale it. Its an inclusive program designed to help us all achieve well rounded fitness.
  • It’s thorough and organized so we can focus on coaching you and helping you reach your goals while delivering a great, consistent experience.
  • The Source: These people are Fitness Professionals – Coaches, Athletes and Gym Owners.
  • It’s has great warm ups, mobility, skill and workout out prep which we value highly for continued progress, injury prevention and functional longevity.
  • It eliminates bias among the coaches and athletes, we can focus on improving ourselves by giving our full attention to the movements and workouts at hand.
  • It has great educational content & ideas for the coaches, and athletes from beginner to advanced.
  • Improved engagement – the variety included will keep us interested and excited to give each movement and workout our full attention and make continued progress toward our goals.
