Here is the actually Monday workout!

No 4:30 or 6:30 class this week! Come to 5:30!

5/3/1 of week 2/19/2018

*Start of another 3 week cycle. Once again Increase your training max by 5 lbs. for Press and Bench press and 10 lbs. for Squat and Deadlift. No max reps this week or next on the third set of the main lift for each day.*

Monday
-Bench press
5@65%, 5@75%, 5@85% then 20 reps @55%
-Muscle ups or muscle up progression
3-5 sets of 5-10 reps
-DB bench press or ring push ups
3-5 sets of 15 reps

Wod
“Blackjack”
1 push-up 20 sit-ups
2 push-ups 19 sit-ups
….
20 push-ups 1 sit-up
