In this group CrossFit class, participants will be lead by expert coaches through several phases of fitness: a dynamic warm-up, mobility & skill drills, a strength portion compromised of olympic or power lifting, and the workout of the day “WOD”. The WOD consists of the conditioning aspect of the class which completes this power packed hour!

CrossFit Light


This class meets the needs of members who want a “lighter” version of our regular Crossfit programming. The movements tend to be more simplistic in nature with little to no use of olympic lifting and barbell use. We utilize kettlebells, free weights, body weight and medballs to elicit the same great response to gain strength, mobility, endurance and conditioning.

Kids Fit


Can you say FUN? This class is an action packed combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running and jump rope to name a few. Kids build physical and mental strength, gain confidence and work to improve leadership skills. This class is also a great way to stay in shape between organized sport’s seasons or in the summer!  Ages 6-12.



This 1 hour power pack class is for the ladies only! High energy bootcamp style class, focuses on high intesity interval training methods in a circut style. The use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, jump ropes, rowers and running are used to get the work done! This class is up-beat, fast moving and never the same! Come build beautiful lean muscle and burn fat! Open to the public.



Want to build your aerobic capacity? Lose Fat? Tone muscles? Then this is the class for you! High intesity interval training, where we utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, running, rowing, jump rope etc. to get your heart rate up and keep it there for 30 minutes. Whether you are brand new to excercise or a well seasoned althlete this class is designed to get you in shape and increase your capability! Open to the public.



Short on time? Need a high intensity workout over the lunch hour? 45 minutes long, this class aims to push you as hard as you can for a short duration before moving to the next movement.  We use mutiple types of fitness equipment and body weight to get the work done.  Always heart pumping, this full body workout is designed to increase overall fitness and fat loss. Open to the public. 



Born in the Navy Seals, this suspension training uses bodyweight excercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability, all simultaneously. We use the TRX suspension trainer tool to leverage gravity and the users body weight to complete hundreds of excercises. 1 hour in duration and open to the public.



This class aims to counteract muscle loss, decreasing bone density and overall physical atrophy that often comes with aging. This class builds strength and muscle endurance which intern supports bone health. We aim to improve core stability, balance and improve mobility. Join this supportive fun environment of peers looking to acheive similar goals. 1 hour in duration. Open to the general public.
