So for the next couple months or so Saturday classes are going to focus on OLY lifting. We’re going to go over the basics and work on our form. We will work on perfecting your starting position, putting tension on the bar and your body. Preparing for the initial lift and then lifting. We will work on some accessory pieces to help with mites hips, slow elbows , not being comfortable getting under the bar and so on. So for this Saturday we will start with.
